On Friday, February 20, you can experience Naja Rosa (Koppel), who grew up in music as the daughter of Annisette and Thomas Koppel and has composed, recorded, and been a big part of continuing The Savage Rose for the last 20 years. She has toured extensively with the band and played at venues such as Orange Scene and the Royal Theater, and in 2020, she and the band received the DMA's honorary award. Since her solo debut at the SPOT Festival in 2010, Naja Rosa has released four critically acclaimed albums. In 2026, she will release her fifth album—a soulful and acoustic-based release with roots in both pop and soul, and with an international sound shaped by many years in New York. The music is present and honest, with melodies and lyrics that bring people together, touch them, and reflect the world today.
