Lions Club Ringkøbing provides support primarily for social and humanitarian purposes. However, cultural and similar purposes may also be considered.
Support is mainly provided locally in the area, but also national and international humanitarian purposes are supported. Support is mainly given to institutions, but sometimes also to individuals.
The decisive factor in determining whether aid may be granted is that the purpose of the application lies within the Lion's purpose provisions. It is therefore important, when applying for funding, that the application contains a full description of what is being applied for, just as it is generally assumed that the application contains a budget for the activity for which funding is sought.
